Designing Nexus 247: India’s First True Phygital Mall
.png)
Nexus Malls is India's largest mall owner, operating 20 malls across metro and tier-1 cities with a target of 30 within 18 months.
Backed by Blackstone, Nexus 247 is their omni-channel platform built to bring every brand, offer, and in-mall experience directly to your phone, with two-hour hyperlocal delivery from physical store shelves.
Every product on Nexus 247 ships directly from a store inside the mall. The newest arrivals, the live offers, the festive drops exactly what's on the floor, delivered to your door in two hours.
The problem wasn't the model. It was the experience.
The existing platform was static, visually generic, and built around rigid brand guidelines rather than how people actually shop online.
Pineapple was brought in to fix it not just visually, but strategically.
